Above is an architectural rendering of the home. The home includes several internal spaces: two are under the same roof. The rear building that includes the garage (to the right in the above drawing) is detached. Two courtyards figure prominently in the plans. Below is a photo taken on the evening of May 17, 2010 from a different angle than the artist's rendering. The siding isn't complete, nor have the window awnings been built - but the structure is almost complete.
Here you are looking east and slightly north. On your right is the front structure. On your left is the rear structure. You can see that the courtyard space between the buildings is quite large.
Now, your perspective is the front of the house facing the neighbor to the east. The sheltered courtyard under the shared roof takes up most of the left side of the photograph.
This shot is from the rear of the home site looking forward to the front buildings and enclosed small courtyard. To your left is the detached rear building.
This is the neighborhood view in front of Kessler's home from the street. The railroad wends around the river basin in a long arch and the foliage, trees and neighboring structures make for a pretty picture.
This is the view from inside of the house, facing south.
Another view of the south facing side of the house as the sun sets.

I'm looking forward to seeing the end result of that house. I'm sure it's going to look good in the end. What color did Kessler use for the interiors?

So far so good, it seems. In any case, some time has passed since this was posted, no? An update on the house would be nice - it was already shaping up into something good.
