There's a complaint that runs through the communities of Eastern Washington. Why does our best food get trucked across the Cascades to Seattle or shipped out to other countries? Some farmers have lassoed that comment into a new business opportunity. Correspondent Anna King reports on the growing appetite for local produce in the rural Northwest.
